On 21 December 2007 , the discussion on “Priority – economic and military development” was held at the National Security Study Centre (NSSC). The discussion was delivered by the ambassador of extraordinary missions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the General of the Reserve Military Forces, Vakhtand Kapanadze. Sdudents, young politicians, public officials, the representatives of the non-governmental organizations and other interested people took part in seminar.
