The National Security Study Centre took part in the meeting held in the Ministry of Defense of Georgia. During the meeting the different non-governmental organizations were familiarized with the minister’s viewpoint on future development of the defense system and prospect of cooperation with the non-governmental sector. At the time of discussion , several issues that the National Security Study Centre is carrying out with the support of the Eurasia Cooperation Fund within the ongoing project were brought up. In particular, reformation of the reserve service, necessity of military – psychological consultation service development within the defense establishments and relation of the military – medical sphere towards the mentioned above issues were considered.
