On 26 March 2008 , the seminar on “Civil-democratic control in Arm  force ” was held at the National Security Study Centre (NSSC). The seminar was delivered by the national defence expert Shalva Tadumadze. Students, young politicians, public officials, the representatives of the non-governmental organizations and other interested people took part in seminar. The following issues were discussed at the seminar: Arm force civil-democratic control criteria, civil-democratic control effective systems and international experience.
