On 24 March 2008 , the seminar on “Human rights and state security in European law” was held at the National Security Study Centre (NSSC). The seminar was delivered by lawyer – Ioseb Papuashvili.. Students, young politicians, public officials, the representatives of the non-governmental organizations and other interested people took part in seminar.
