On 28 February 2008 , the seminar on “Biological hazard” was held at the National Security Study Centre (NSSC). The seminar was delivered by the biosafety expert, PhD, Nona Tadumadze. Biologistas, physicians, young politicians, government employee,  the non-governmental organization and mas media representatives, students and other interested persons took part in seminar. The following issues were discussed at the seminar: the definition of biological hazard, novel biohazards, their levels and classification.
