Tasks
 

Our tasks are:

  • Support the formation of a national security system in compliance with the international standards.
  • Cooperates with the local and international organizations as well as professional unions.
  • Lobbies harmonization of the Georgian legislation into the International standards of the National Security.
  • Carries out scientific, educational and translating work.
  • Supports setting up of a library network of a modern literature on security issues.
  • Conducts informative-cognitive work for the society.
  • Actively participates in important discussions on security issues through providing legal examinations, assessments and monitoring and, also by expressing its attitude.
  • Forms structural units of the centre in the territory of Georgia.
  • Carries out supportive kind of entrepreneurial work to achieve the objectives of the union while not changing its status of being a non entrepreneurial legal entity.
  • Carries out other kind of work which is not banned by the law.
